Kevin Millar is a former Major League Baseball (MLB) player who spent 12 seasons in the league as a first baseman and outfielder.
Millar played for four different MLB teams during his career from 1998 to 2009.

Millar is widely recognized for his time with the Boston Red Sox, where he contributed to the team that broke an 86-year championship drought. He helped win the World Series Championship in 2004 with the Boston Red Sox.
Millar received the Charlie Hough Good Guy Award in 2001 and the Jackie Jensen Award in 2003, which is presented annually by the Boston Chapter of the Baseball Writers’ Association of America to the player who embodies the spirit of the former Red Sox outfielder.
His clubhouse presence and offensive production were noted as helping to spark the Red Sox to the 2003 American League Championship Series and the 2004 World Series Championship.
Since retiring, Millar has transitioned into broadcasting. He is the popular co-host of “Intentional Talk” on the MLB Network, which is the network’s longest-running show, dating back to 2011. He has also contributed to NESN’s Red Sox coverage and FOX’s baseball coverage.
