Ken Griffey Jr. is an American former professional baseball outfielder who played 22 years in Major League Baseball (MLB). He is well known for the nicknames “Junior” and “the Kid”. He spent most of his career with the Seattle Mariners and the first overall pick in the 1987 draft. Griffey is one of the most prolific home run hitters in baseball history with a staggering 630 home runs. His 1989 Upper Deck Star Rookie card is one of the most sought after and well known baseball cards of all time.
