Did You Know?  His historic four-homer game was the centerpiece of a scorching multi-year peak in Los Angeles. In 2001, Green completely rewrote the storied Dodgers franchise record books by launching a staggering 49 home runs and driving in 125 runs, pairing a massive .957 OPS with elite, middle-of-the-order gravity.

He backed that up in 2002 by blasting another 42 homers, proving he could handle the extreme pressure of anchoring a big-market lineup in a notorious pitcher’s park. Throughout his prime, Green’s combination of premium patience, continuous extra-base production, and elite durability made him a true pillar of the National League West.
