David Christopher Justice is a former professional baseball outfielder and designated hitter who played in Major League Baseball for 14 seasons.
Justice was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 4th round of the 1985 MLB draft. He made his major league debut in 1989 with the Braves and went on to win the National League Rookie of the Year Award in 1990. During his career, he was a three-time MLB All-Star and a two-time World Series champion, winning with the Atlanta Braves in 1995 and the New York Yankees in 2000. He also played for the Cleveland Indians and the Oakland Athletics.
Justice retired from baseball after the 2002 season with career statistics that include 305 home runs, 1,017 RBIs, and a batting average of .279. Following his playing career, he worked as a commentator for ESPN and a studio analyst for the YES Network.
