Kirby Puckett was a popular professional baseball player during the mid 1980s and early 1990s. He played his entire 12-year Major League Baseball (MLB) career for the Minnesota Twins. Puckett was a major factor for the Twins to win World Series championships in 1987 and 1991. Puckett generally played center field, although he was shifted to right field later in his career. Kirby Puckett was well known for his love for the game and his charm on and off the field. The 1984 Fleer Update card is Puckett’s earliest major league rookie card and one of the most sought after.
